The Draft Technical Report Addenda to the Highlands Regional Master Plan (Final Draft - November 2007) is a compilation of the technical basis and background regarding the Plan’s land use, resource management and planning issues. These documents were prepared for the Highlands Council in support of developing the Final Draft RMP, and they represent the results of new studies and methods that will supplement, complement or replace sections of the Draft Technical Reports released by the Highlands Council in early 2007.
