The two documents below reflect clarifications in response to requests from the Highlands Council during its consideration of Pohatcong Township's Petition for Plan Conformance at its June 16, 2011 meeting. The clarifications do not result in any substantive changes to the conclusions of the Final Consistency Review and Recommendations Report. The Highlands Council continued the public hearing to its meeting of August 3, 2011. Public testimony regarding these clarified documents may be made at the public hearing.

A public comment period was held from May 18, 2011 through June 2, 2011 and announced by public notice. Highlands Council responses are included in the Comment/Response document above. The following documents constitute the municipality's final submission to the Highlands Council and include the Final Draft Consistency Review and Recommendations Report prepared by Highlands Council staff for Highlands Council consideration of the full Petition.
