Elizabeth Carlson is an Information Systems Coordinator for the Highlands Water protection and Planning Council staff.

Prior to joining the Highlands Council staff, Liz worked at Insurance Services Office (ISO) for 17 years. Her career at ISO encompassed working in the Help Desk, Information Center and as a Project Manager for Information Systems Services and Support Department. While at ISO Liz was also involved in the creation of the organization’s internal website, training of new Help Desk employees and facilitating quality control measures.

Liz is A+ Certified and has a working knowledge of a wide range of technology platforms, software, and tools.
