Jim Rilee is currently Mayor of Roxbury Township. Mr. Rilee moved to Roxbury Township in 1992 and has also served as Deputy Mayor, and Planning Board member for Roxbury Township for over a decade. He has also served on the Morris County Open Space & Farmland Preservation Trust Fund for nine of the first 18 years it had been in existence, serving as Chairman in 1998.

Currently in his 18th year on the Roxbury Council, Mr. Rilee has played a role in re-writing the municipal Master Plan and Land Use Ordinances to help promote responsible development. Within Roxbury Township, he has been the liaison to all the volunteer fire departments, and was an original member of the Main Street Committee and a member of the Economic Development Committee. Mr. Rilee has also been a member of the Lake Musconetcong Regional Planning Board and a Trustee of Morris Tomorrow.

Mr. Rilee has been employed by Allied Management Inc. since 1981. Jim is one of the senior managers of the 14 store chain. Jim is involved with all aspects of the business and has been an effective manager for over 30 years.
